Such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. The dentist was gentle, took the time to explain everything, and made sure we were comfortable the entire visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. My 6 y/o daughter was excited about the visit when we left. Such amazing. Highly recommend!

I honestly had such a good experience with the dentist and her whole team. Everyone was super kind and made me feel really comfortable, which I truly appreciate because going to the dentist can be stressful sometimes. They explained everything clearly and were very patient with me. The office is also very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give her Dr. Hernández Valle more stars. She calmed me down and made me feel at ease. I was very scared cause no one likes going to the dentist. Well, her presence was as soon as I entered the establishment and was warm, and I was greeted with a smile by her and her assistant. ( sorry I forgot your name)Her office is brand new and well maintained and very organized and clean. That after her visit by her telling me what needs to be done. I immediately called my health insurance to make sure everything was in order for her to do what she needed to do to me. She took her time and was very explanatory on everything on what steps she's gonna do with me. Now the city of cutler Bay needs to come let her install her sign, or else we are gonna have a problem.

Because it’s a newer practice, you get an extra personal touch: the doctor personally set up my appointment, checked my insurance, welcomed me, took the X-rays, and performed all the procedures. That level of attention is rare and so appreciated. Everyone I met was kind, patient, and sincere—no rush, no upselling, just clear explanations and gentle care.
