I had an amazing visit today! The check in process was extremely smooth, the ladies at the front desk went out of their way to make sure my insurance was correct before I started any treatment. Dr. Askander and her assistant were amazing. The way they both communicated with me showed me that they cared. Dr.Askander treatment planned a couple of fillings but she did not make me feel bad about it, instead she explained in detailed how I could improve my oral health at home. I will definitely be back to complete my treatment with this practice! I 10 out of 10 recommend them!!!

Dr. Neishaboory and his team bring the upmost comfort a patient can experience during Orthodontic treatment. Not only was I his patient, my brother was as well. During his treatment, he was able to avoid a procedure known as Expose & Bond which meant one less step for his overall treatment. This alone—and seeing the rapid results—convinced me to proceed with a consultation. My treatment began 10/31/2024 and concluded 2/12/2026. Each time I went for my appointment, Tati and additional staff members acted personable and professional. Though Invisalign treatment is highly requested, I will always be an advocate for getting braces due to my happy results! (:

If only I could give 0 stars I would love to. 1 star is only for the dental work itself. The dental work was fine, but the administration is a MESS and ABSOLUTELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! My worst experience EVER. I confirmed my insurance with the office THREE times, was told everything was fine. And guess what?! After visits I learned the provider was out of network because the clinic started to ask me to pay them more money because insurance wasn't accepted!!! And the amount was absolutely fake because it didn’t match with anything. Their billing is CHAOTIC: amounts changing without any reason (!!!), unexplained increases per visit (!!), and even an attempt to tell me I hadn’t paid for a visit I did pay for. Absolutely loved my Dentist. Once she started she didn’t stop from sending me to the Endodontist and to the Periodontist. And she completed the rest. I’m a nervous wreck when I see the Dentist so she’s very good at making you feel at ease. She & the other specialists did a lot of work in a matter 3-4 month I definitely 100% recommend everyone to go to Va Smiles on Garrisonville Road..
