As a former surgical assistant in oral surgery and dental assistant for many many years, I was totally wowed by this dental practice! From the time I made my first phone call to Lauren the patient coordinator, it has been smooth sailing ever since. Today, I was met by Monique the office manager. A true professional and kind woman. Next was Sam, lead dental assistant extraordinaire who did her thing without any delay. She moved from one step to the other with ease. And then to the Dr himself….. that’s “ KC”….. who was also knowledgeable, gentle, informative, and not pushy as many people have described to me over the years that their dentists are. Having an insurance now that doesn’t help much, I got the whole kit and kaboodle for $125. It’s their NP exam fee to include ….Panoramic and FM

Excellent office with great attention to detail. From the moment I walked in, I noticed the state of the art technology throughout the space. Monique and Lauren at the front desk were a pleasure to work with and made the check-in process quick and seamless. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the personalized greeting on the office TV was a really nice touch. While everyone on staff was friendly, my dental assistant, Sabrina, truly went above and beyond. She made sure my cleaning went smoothly and clearly explained what I could expect with future treatment. Dr. Oh and Dr. KC were equally impressive, taking the time to walk me through my treatment plan and explain the importance of each step. Better Days Dental has been a breath of fresh air (pun intended) for me and the stafford community! “Caring”, “patient”, and “thorough” are just a few of the words to describe Dr. Oh and her team! From Monique at the front desk (love her) all the way to the personalized dental suites with the DAs… the service is top tier! I just had my latest appt and had to bring my 3 kids with me, it was a WILD RIDE for this momma😅, but the entire office staff was incredibly kind, patient and welcoming to my entire bunch☺️. Dr. Oh and her staff are impeccable and such a delight to work with and be served by. Everyone was super knowledgeable and kind. I was in such great, caring hands with her and the entire team right from the beginning. The office is lovely, safe, and comfortable and the experience was super pleasant and efficient. I had a great experience with this dental office and couldn’t be happier with my teeth whitening results. The hygienist explained the process step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The assistants Sabrina and Marlyn were warm, professional and genuinely attentive. I had no sensitivity during or after treatment, and the results exceeded my expectations! My teeth are noticeably brighter and more uniform in color. If you’re considering professional teeth whitening, I highly recommend this office. I will be returning for future care! 😁
