Dr. Lupi and his staff are professional and efficient while keeping a welcoming and "personal touch" feel to your appointments. They welcome you by name and have a personalized treatment plan, I have never felt like just a number or that they were just trying to sell treatment packages - they really want what is best for you. Dr. Lupi gave options for my personalized treatment plan and has a no pressure approach - they are not just trying to sell a product. Absolutely recommend Dr. Lupi and his wonderful staff!

One person who truly stood out is , Ms. Kim —she’s incredibly patient , extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things not only to me but to my son.
