Came in for a checkup today at 10:30, came in at 10 they checked me in fast. Doctor was super nice, got blood work done but wasn’t explained that results take 24-48 hrs… so i was under the impression that I had to wait for the doctor. No one told me I was good to go, nor did anyone check if I was waiting on someone or anything. I didn’t even receive an after visit summary. I then waited patiently for almost 3 hours after my visit. Once I felt I should check to see how much longer was the wait, the staff in the front was confused on why I was still there if I had already seen the doctor. And I expressed to them that I would’ve liked to had known that before waiting there for a while. The two ladies just kind of had an attitude because I asked them why wasn’t I told anything? I wasn’t trying

Very bad experience, they told me they were in network and it turned out that they were not. The services are also not good, they just have one md and you always get appts with nurses and if by chance you get appointment with md they change without even asking you. I would never ever recommend anyone to them, i ended up paying full amount even though having good insurance because of them saying they are in network and in actual they werent

I am currently pregnant for the first time. I originally visited the Manassas location and was not impressed with the provider I had initially chosen. I made an appointment here due to time convenience. I will tell you that NP Amanda Gatling is wonderful. When I first met her, it was a breath of fresh air compared to the last experience I had. She is so considerate, kind, and overall a wholesome person. I drive the 30 minutes here instead of the 5 minutes to the Manassas location just to see her. I will also say that the front desk assistant (Tyler, I believe his name is) is also equally as wonderful. Every time I check in, he is pleasant and makes the whole process easy. Don't let the bad reviews scare you.

Long story warning! I’m attempting to be straightforward about my experience, but the details are worth mentioning so it’s wordy. I had my first ever appointment here two weeks ago, on 8/22, with Dr. Sinha. The nurse took me back right at my appointment time and began asking the usual questions. After a few questions she paused, casually turned to look at me, and asked if I was going through menopause. As someone who’s not yet 40 I was not expecting that question and essentially answered with a “…. no? I think I’m too young for that,” to which she said she agreed but wanted to ask. That strange experience ended with her asking if I wanted to have a Pap smear while I was there - I needed to get on their books for standard, annual care so I said yes I would like that. Used to be nice now appointments are so rushed and worse my last visit I just heard nurse and doctor sitting in doctors office discussing patients and making fun of them and laughing this is ridiculous disrespectful and unprofessional unethical. I don’t think they know that patients in their rooms could literally hear them.
