UVA Health Cardiology, part of Culpeper Medical Center

James Mapp, I am writing to express my disappointment with our recent interaction. I felt that you did not adequately listen to my concerns and appeared dismissive of my questions. Your demeanor gave me the impression that you were not invested in our conversation, and I was made to feel rushed. It is unfortunate that this experience occurred at UVA, an esteemed institution with a reputable cardiology department. If you must visit this facility, I would advise against consulting with Mr. Mapp. As a patient, it is already stressful enough without feeling disregarded by a healthcare provider, particularly a nurse practitioner who does not possess a medical doctorate. His lack of attentiveness and apparent disinterest in addressing my concerns only served to exacerbate my anxiety. Thank you f

I see Dr Akosah. He's extremely thorough and very observant! He has the best personality for a Doctor, in my opinion. The staff and Nurses are phenomenal. They make you feel safe and secure. You know you're in good hands with them, you can just feel it!

I see Dr. Hardy as my cardiologist. I was his patient in Winchester, VA before he moved to Culpeper. Even though Culpeper is quite the drive for me, I still continue to see him as my cardiologist because of how in depth he is. His personality is great and he really listens to his patients.

Just got done having an ECHO and Nuclear Stress test, kind of a daunting experience but each of the techs and nurses made the experience so pleasant..Although I'm a nurse the all took time explaining each step of the procedure, they made sure I was comfortable both physically and emotionally..I also found they were all very personable, we had a very pleasant conversation during the tests and this really eliminated my anxiety... I highly reccomend UVA Cardiolgy at Culpeper...Thank you Mohamad (ECHO), thank you Arnnise , Megan and Ed.. Great job...

Don’t answer the damn phone , don’t come here , they won’t save your life , you call yourself a doctor when you don’t even bother checking the patient , and worst of all why even bother going to school , if you need google to help you figure out what’s going on
