Dr. Chukwuma is brilliant. I went from terrified to comfortable in less than a minute as she performed two biopsies on me. Efficient, friendly, likeable, and she obviously knows her stuff. Please keep her in Galveston!

Dermatologist Olivia Chumwumka treated our 4 yr old son for eczema. Our son loved her and felt so comfortable with her he asked for a hug at the end of his visit. She explained everything to us and prescribed him some creams and oils and we were on our way. We have a follow up in 6 wks and we are hopeful for positive results moving forward. Her professionalism and sweet demeanor made it a pleasant visit at the Galveston Tx location.

This place is amazing. My daughter (7months) had a pyogenic granuloma on her face that had to be removed. The procedure went so well. Dr. Weisert was so sweet and professional and explained everything to me. The other two lady's that helped her was also so sweet. Even the office staff was so nice and welcoming. Can't recommend this place enough for any of your dermatology needs.

Beautiful Dermatology office. The young lady I checked in with was absolutely wonderful, helpful, pleasant and smiling. I was called back for my appointment on time. Summer was very wonderful. She too was very pleasant and smiling. I saw a doctor Reimer. Her resident doctor saw me first. I feel absolutely horrible that I don't remember her name. She was amazing, I wouldn't have known she was a resident if she hadn't told me ❤️. Dr Reimer was just as pleasant smiling and kind as everyone else. I very highly recommend UTMB Dermatology!! *****

They will absolutely shame you if you are late. It doesn't matter if you called ahead to make sure it was okay after traveling almost three hours with an infant. The girl at the front desk had me in tears, and she humiliated me. To make matters worse, the doctor would not address me when talking about MY child. He talked to my mother the entire appointment even after I politely asked for him to address me. They made me feel like I was an absolute joke.
