My experience with UTMB was really great. They treated me with the most utmost respect and kindness. They were very thorough with the test I had. Explained all details they were doing and how long the procedure was. Also while I was in the lobby I had this robot ride by me. I know it is to help staff, but at the same time it entertained me. Everyone were caring and very professional. Thank you UTMB

It was the worst experience at a hospital I’ve had in a long time. It took 3 frustrating days to even get an appointment. Three days to get a call returned. Then when I finished the MRI I found they were not able to make a disk which was required by my doctor. There machine was not only broken for a while but it would need to be replaced. They had no solution to my problem even though I paid $1200 for a test which was useless. I want part of my money back. We then tried to find a solution and having spent over 2 hours being bounced from one place to another someone finally recommended to call League City to make a disk copy. They said they would send to my neurosurgeon but when we emailed for confirmation no one resound. I would like to file a formal complaint and get some of my money back

I’m truly shocked that this hospital even asked me to do a review after the way I was treated during the birth of my son. The absolute hell my family and I have been through since then is truly unimaginable. If I were to picture what “Hell on earth” was like… that’s how this has been. My worst nightmare. Due to the legal actions I’m taking I won’t post details here but what I will say is this…. If a fellow nurse has to come close a patients door because she is trying to save the patient from hearing the younger nurses snickering and talking major crap & lies about a patient…. Maybe that’s an indicator that yall shouldn’t be doing it. What these few nurses did has cause extreme pain & :suffering amongst myself, my children & my entire family. The rules & laws that were broken were so detrim

I am submitting this review because I previously filed a formal complaint with UTMB about my experience and have not received a response. On February 18, 2026, at around 8:00 a.m., I had a CT scan scheduled at Angleton Danbury Hospital. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with the radiology technician, Jennifer, was extremely unprofessional. When she came to get me from the waiting room, she did not acknowledge my greeting. Her instructions were abrupt, loud, and delivered in a rude tone. I am hard of hearing, so if she gave instructions before raising her voice, I did not hear them. Rather than clarifying or showing understanding, her demeanor remained rude and dismissive throughout the appointment. I also asked why my CT scan was done without contrast, even though my doctor and I had di

Within the past 12 years, this hospital has neglected to investigate cancer in my mom twice. In 2014, she had stage 4 single cell carcinoma with very obvious symptoms, and they did absolutely nothing about it. Today, my mother was diagnosed with stage 3a pancreatic cancer at Houston Methodist, the symptoms of which were also extremely clear and obvious. This cancer will likely kill her. This hospital, for five entire years, gaslit us into thinking her symptoms were normal and that she "only had pancreatitis." She would have horrible flare ups, unexplained vomiting, she'd stick to her diet and still get sick. She did not get tested for cancer a single time, despite her having a history of cancer. I told her "We are not going to utmb ever again." And I suppose this is true, because my mot
