Pharmacy crew is so bad. Wrong orders, extremely slow (honestly idk if they even work half the time since they sit back there giggling), don't know how to run insurance.

I am a loyal CVS customer. I manage multiple family members medical needs. CVS makes this so much simpler. I love my Angleton CVS. I appreciate the Extra Care program. It keeps me coming back. Thank you to the front of store staff and the pharmacy staff for working so hard. I also use CVS for UPS drop off. What an improvement from going down to the now closed UPS office in Angleton. I've been getting my prescriptions here for several years. Went to pick up my prescriptions after my dr told me that they called them in. They said they didn't have them so I called the dr office and they said they sent them over again. I went back later and they said they still didn't have them, they were very rude about it and treated me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I left and as soon as I got home I had a notification on the app that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. Very frustrating.
Absolutely terrible customer service. 11:00 get text Rx is being prepared I was waiting patiently for 4 RXs pulled up to window associate after not hearing back at 11:45, told me they only had two. Checked computer and told me well one is $138 so do you want it? No phone call or anything. I said it's fine I need it. She said ok 15 more minutes, never mentioned my other rx. Go in to wait thinking it would be easier I waited 30 minutes. Sitting right in front of them and they announce it on intercom my RX is ready. That associate tells me it's only one rx I'm like there should be 4. He goes and checks comes back with 2 more and then says total. I said sir I have 4 he said oh umm well the other one you will have to go somewhere else we don't do compounds here. I pull out at 12:35 get to red
