If they keep refusing to fill prescriptions for 19 yr. customers, soon they will find they have none. I am a disabled senior citizen, and I was banned for being rude because I wouldn't buy an expensive Jardiance prescription that I didn't need. My Dr. ,Who understands my financial situation, was kind and thoughtful enough to give me samples for several months. I explained this to them every month when they tried to push the script on me. My refusal was deemed rude. Hasta la vista, baby!

Only place this side of San Marcus that we trust to get CBD for our dogs, it's our favorite place to get canes, they also have parts for nebulizers and a lot of other medical supplies, and they don't get caught up doing silly stuff to get themselves in the newspaper...

Great people & always have my scripts ready. The only pharmacy that I can walk in to & they all know me by name. Yes, my scripts are free "in network" at Walgreens but they are rude & always asking why I'm taking what my Doctor Prescribes. That's between myself & my doctor. I've never had that issue at Spence's!

I have filled with them in the past, and they have my meds, but they refuse to re fill my rx anyways. Never open when I’m off work. Very tedious and not reliable to get meds here.

I've been using this pharmacy for years, formerly Medicine Shoppe. I love the staff. David & his staff are always friendly, helpful & will go the extra mile to help. I wish more businesses worked like they do to take care of customers. Thank you for keeping prices affordable. Keep up the great work. You have a great team! Best pharmacy in this area.
