UT Urgent Care Lenoir City

Out of the several times I have been to this walk in clinic, not once have I had a bad experience. The first impression you get from an office starts at the front desk. Ashley and Sierra are both just the sweetest souls and cares about their patients. All the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. I recommend this office/location to my family and friends 🧡 I also love that this office sees kids. I have a 5 and 6 year old who seem to not feel good after their pediatrician closes or on the weekend and all staff makes the kids feel at ease.

The NP made me quite uncomfortable. He seemed to be inferring that I was drug seeking when I came in for a dental infection. I obviously needed to be treated with antibiotics, but he repeatedly told me that narcotics were not the answer. I assume this statement was made because I am of small build. I am a medical professional as well and resent this type of behavior based on my physical appearance. I recommend UT but not this location Edit. Outside of the NP, the remaining staff were friendly and the facility was very clean

So my son was diagnosed with a tick bite and when his prescription was sent to the pharmacy it was accidentally sent wrong. I can overlook that. However when I called to try to get it corrected I was told that they were to busy and they didn’t know when they could get it corrected and sent back to the pharmacy. So after waiting for over 2 hours I went by because when we went they were taking forever and apologized and said they were busy and is and another patient were the only ones there. So I guess their busy and mine are 2 different things! There was 1 car in the parking lot and 0 people in the waiting room… Doubt we will be back there! They seem to not care about their patients after diagnosis and don’t care if they make mistakes and care to fix them after you are out the door!

I would avoid this urgent care if possible if NP, Tiffany Farmer is working. On June 13, I went in with respiratory complaints as an asthmatic with high fevers and known bacteria pneumonia exposure. I asked for a duo neb treatment and a chest xray. As a ER RN, and as asthmatic, I know what pneumonia sounds like, feels like and presents like. This NP refused to do anything but covid, flu and strep swab. She refused a chest xray and stated “I looked it up and adults do not need treatment even if you have mycoplasma pneumonia” then stated if I wanted a neb treatment (things all urgent cares can give) and an chest xray to go to the ER. Instead I went home, later that evening had a severe asthma attack to which I became hypoxic in the low 80s and used my inhaler more than ever to recover from.

Visited this location on 4/12/25. The place was empty, pretty much no wait, and the facility was clean. The front desk person and the nurse were very pleasant and helpful. My problem was the PA that "treated" me repeatedly lied to my face and when called on it he tried to claim it was for treatment purposes, but could not explain why or how. Made me feel so uncomfortable to the point that I wanted to leave. I will never return to this location.
