Town Creek Family Dentistry has completely changed how I feel about going to the dentist! Every staff member I’ve encountered has been incredibly kind, mindful, and knowledgeable. Amazing people like Dr. Phelps, Debbie, and Reese always ensure you leave your appointments feeling confident and well cared for. They truly go above and beyond to make every visit comfortable and stress-free. I’m so grateful to have found a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients!

We are new to the area and looking for a dentist was not easy! We decided on Town Creek Family Dentist in Lenior City. The staff is so kind. Debbie was the hygienist and the Doctor was Dr Phelps. Debbie was very sweet and gentle. I was seen on time. Dr Phelps is very personable as well. We are very happy they have a membership program that saves us a lot of money since we no longer have dental coverage since retiring. I highly recommend this place!

This is the most kind and compassionate dentist office I’ve ever visited. My old dentist no longer accepted my insurance so I made the switch to this office. Everyone from the front office, the hygienist, the staff, and the dentists themselves has been spectacular! They are quick to address all of my concerns and work diligently to help me get appointments around my crazy schedule! All of the staff members are quick to make sure all of my needs are met and that I am comfortable!

Absolutely Fantastic experience, If you are looking for a dentist this is the place to go. My first visit was 6 months ago, the atmosphere was very inviting, not sterile like some dentist offices can be. They take time to get to know you, make you feel comfortable. Miss Summer, my dental hygentist, was phenomenal. During a discussion, I had mentioned that I hadn't been sleeping very well , that I had been diagnosed 15 years ago with sleep apnea but had quit using my CPAP at least 10 years ago , Miss Summer was genuinely concerned and spoke of how my heart could seriously be compromised for lack of oxygen, I was Truly awakened by her response. After my visit I decided to have another sleep study and it revealed I had stopped breathing 49 times in 1 hour and my oxygen saturation level h

Dr. Beeler and his staff are friendly, professional, and go out of their way to make every visit comfortable and relaxing. I even had a root canal done and later forgot I’d ever had it because they did such an amazing job! What I really appreciate is that they never pressure me into unnecessary or expensive treatments. Dr. Beeler is honest, respectful, and truly puts his patients first. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, compassionate dental office with a great team, I highly recommend Town Creek Family Dentistry.
