UT Internal Medicine Lenoir City

I have been a patient of Dr Sheth since he started at Primary Care Associates then he moved to the Medic Center and on to UT Medical Center so I know it’s been close to 30 years. I would recommend him to everyone! He cares about your health and takes time to listen he always explains everything so that you understand. If it’s something that he can’t help you with he will help find the right doctor/ specialist for you. My only complaint is that lab and they need more than 1 tech trying to get everyone’s lab. They have 4/ 5 physicians and only 1 lab tech come on UT you can do better than this! I know I said I only had one complaint but actually I have 2 my second complaint is Dr Sheth’s nurse “Amber “ she is rude, she doesn’t care about the patients l feel the only reason she is there is for

Very disappointed. I've been a patient of Dr. Reddy for twenty years. To my surprise, she retired at the end of the year. I wasn't made aware of this until I needed a medication refill. No letter or portal message giving me a heads up. When they called in January to tell me after a refill was needed, they said I would receive refills until my next scheduled appointment with a new doctor, who they didn't know was on staff. Then today, needed a refill and was called and told I need to get in to see her replacement before they would fill my prescription. Only then being told the name of the new doctor and also informed that my previous appointment was not on his schedule and I would need to make a new one. I don't know who needs to hear this but it's abandonment. I've since decided change to

I saw Dr Reddy for several years , she retired the first of the year 2025, and I was made an appointment with the doctor replacing her for my next appointment. I went for my bloodwork and was told my appointment was canceled because it was before the new doctor started working. They said I got a letter telling me that , I did not receive a letter !!! Then the lady at the desk called me a liar saying I did too , i replied again saying I absolutely did not ! This infuriated me calling me a liar when I told the truth !!!!! Then tells me it would be the end of September or October before I could make a appointment, the nurse told them to have me come in July , the desk lady wasn’t happy about it but made it . Doctor Webb is a fantastic doctor! I'm 64 years so I have had many doctors. He is absolutely the best Dr I have ever dealt with. He goes above and beyond listening to you and answers all questions and in a way you can understand. The office staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome Doctor Webb's nurse Susan is as fantastic as Dr. Webb . I highly recommend if you are looking for a new Doctor to put Dr. Webb on top of the list!

If you have any issues with the staff and their ability to be a people person, BE careful. My wife was just told to not come back because her husband had called corporate office on them. Dr. Charles Powell has been an excellent P.A. and stated that he was being forced to remove her from his practice by people higher up from him. I don't know who these people are but I am trying to find out.
