From the moment you walk through the door, every member of the staff makes you feel welcome and like they are glad you came in. The receptionist - phenomenal, warm, welcoming, personal, professional, knowledgeable, and just the best personality. The nurse Shane - incredibly knowledgeable, puts you right at ease, professional, personable, has the ability to connect with people at their level, and an awesome personality. Dr Stephanie - unbelievably smart, capable, easy to talk to, takes you through treatment step-by-step, talks to you instead of at you, compassionate and straight forward. I learned so much from a simple conversation. Hands down, the best Dr office I have been to of any kind. Cannot recommend them enough!

I absolutely love this office, I love the P.A i see, Stephanie. She has done so much for me, truly cares, takes her time with her patients and is very knowledgeable. I also love her medical assistant and the lady at the front desk. They are all so nice, helpful and supportive. I am glad i chose to go to this office. The office is also really clean and welcoming. :)

My appointment with Stephanie Mason, PA, was the most informative and helpful I have had in 3 years while seeing another specialist. The Lenoir City location is a wonderful extension of the Dr. Edmunds practice in Knoxville. Dr. Stephanie Mason and Shane her assistant are both very personable and professional. They have made my healthcare pleasant and offer effective solutions with the best state of the art testing and treatments available. 5 stars all the way!!!
