Great care! I have no complaints. The doctors spent time with me and explained everything throughly. I didn't feel rushed. I could tell they really cared. If you don't know where you are going, stop at the information desk. They will help you. You can also download their app, and it has a map to help you get where your going.

UT is always great . There Doctors are wonderful And there nurses always show compassion

awful experience for my mother. She had 3 broken ribs and they left her in there for 5 hours no water food pain meds. She called and called. She cried and had to go to the bathroom in her hospital bed.

Went last week for tennis elbow ( infection ) and sore throat with trouble swallowing, headaches and pain & pressure behind L /ear . Dr. John Copperfield is the doctor in urgent care I believe I seen..but they tested me for Covid -19 and swabbed my throat. They doctor tried to tell me I had COVID-19 and said everyone had it and I had about 5 days left..I had zero symptoms of covid when I went in and if I did have it ,why didn't he offer any medical care for it..instead he gave me a z- pack of steroids for inflammation and wouldn't treat the tennis elbow at all which is still swelled and red with burning, hot skin that if not treated can get into my bloodstream and kill me..he offered no care for it either. I did ask for antibiotics and he said since I had covid 19 ( a virus) that antibi

The care was great, wonderful staff & Doctors. Very knowledgeable & attentive. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with their Billing Department / Company they are horrific! Good luck if you have a billing issue.
