Volunteer Hearing

I have had several hearing exams over the years and none of them compare to the quality and extensiveness I received from Dr. Rossini. It was professionally done and demonstrated beyond doubt I really needed to get my hearing loss attended to. Everything was explained to my satisfaction. Dr. Rossini also did a “house call” to set up my hearing aids and teach me what I needed to know to get the most out of them. I had no idea what I was missing, hearing-wise. Her office gets my loyalty and deepest thanks.

I waited 5.5 years after chemo caused serious hearing problems to see if my cancer came back before taking any action. Finally I went to Volunteer hearing and the experience has been like the sun coming out! The exceptional care and absolute kindness plus very reasonable cost is pure joy to me! Dr. Tabitha is a fantastic audiologist. She fixed a problem with my hearing aids that no other audiologist had been able to. She is so sweet and you never feel rushed at all. I have recommended her to several of my friends with hearing issues.

Since I was new to hearing loss, I was hoping for an experience to easy me into this new adventure. I certainly did get just that at Volunteer Hearing. From the first hearing test administered by Dr. Leslie Smelcer who explained everything that was going to happen and what to expect. Next, Dr. Tabitha Rossini who sat my wife and I down explained the different types of hearing aids and did not pressure me into any higher priced aids but worked with me, (fixed income) and utilized my Humana Insurance and I was able to get high quality affordable aids. Volunteer Hearing is the best audiology group in Knoxville and Sevierville. My hearing test was very thorough and Dr. Tabitha took her time and explained everything in detail with me. The amount of time and care she took in explaining everything gave me confidence in which route to take in treating my hearing loss. The Sevierville office is a great location that was really nice inside, with a really nice staff ☺️ If you are suffering from hearing loss or ringing in the ears, you should definitely contact Volunteer Hearing for help.
