Private Equity Firms have ruined this place. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Kimberly Vincent for several years, and until recently I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with her and this practice. I’ve personally referred at least 10 people here over the year because I believed in the quality of care I received. That’s why I was extremely disappointed when I called to schedule and was told by the scheduling receptionist, that the next available appointment wasn’t for six months or more even when I asked if it was possible to see Dr. Vincent sooner at another location. I was told repeatedly that this is typical and nothing can be done. Donna was my receptionist. Would not confirm if they were in network with my insurance. I needed verbal confirmation that even though I found them on my insurance website, that the provider is in-network. (Not all insurance companies keep their provider list updated). For medical offices, this is a very simple question and the answer was being avoided. A huge red flag for me.

September 2025 Update, this is still an amazing office. As a patient who has returned more than once, I highly recommend Dr. Vincent. Dr. Vincent took time to talk to me about my concerns. The nurse was also very good during my visit on May 24. I am pleased with Dr. Vincent's work ethic and I highly recommend this office. Thank you to the entire office staff for being thoughtful, kind, and understanding. They are a really great team of employees.

As a guy having skin issues going to get help can be intimidating. But the staff here were very kind and reassuring and supportive and made me feel at home. Thank you for the respect and great service

First visit to this office. Very clean and the staff made my husband and I feel very welcome! Highly recommend!
