That man sitting on a personal call while people stand in line trying to make their lives function? That’s what dysfunction looks like—not your frustration. My personal experience with Andalusia social security office was excellent. From the time I entered the building, I was greeted by a very friendly and informative officer. The wait time was not long at all and the young man that helped me file for Medicare was amazing and had me in and out in no time. Thank you for the great service!!

Extremely unprofessional staff every time I have had to deal with them. One in particular talks down to guests regularly and is very condescending--in person and over the phone. It is almost impossible to get anything done at this office and retain any sense of personal dignity.

The security guard was very rude and unprofessional ‼️ if you need cards for Ure kids do not go here they want let you wait to speak to anyone at all the GUARD WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL

The employee was rude and would not answer the question I had on filing an appeal. She then performed calculations supporting their claim of overpayment and stated they do not use information on form 1099 from 2021 showing SSA reimbursement of said amount.
