We love Laura and the entire staff at Darby's Medical Center Pharmacy! The personalized service is top-notch and we appreciate how Sarah has made the shopping for our grandchildren so much fun!

I’ve used multiple until I started used Darbys, they have it together . They’re always so fast on time and most the time I don’t even have to call, it’s just ready on time unless something is out of their hands . I can’t say enough good about them and their staff, always nice to me as well .

I had to switch to Darby’s due to an insurance change, and it was a nonstop hassle from day one. Thankfully, my usual pharmacy started accepting my insurance again, so I was able to switch back. One of the employees—an older woman with short brown hair—was especially rude, rolling her eyes and speaking to me with attitude just because she didn’t understand what I was saying. Apparently, that was my fault. Never again. If I ever have to switch pharmacies again, I’d rather go to Walmart. Sometimes my medication requires my doctors working closely with the pharmacy to get my insurance to approve it due to needing more expensive medication. I can’t even imagine trying to go through them to attempt something like that.

In town to see a specialist, Darby’s took very good care of us. Friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Excellent service.
