US Digestive Health at Malvern

Dr. Callahan is an excellent doctor and caring doctor. He cares about his patients and does everything to help them. I have been seeing him for many years after two other doctors just pushed me off. Dr. Callahan took the time to requests the tests and didn’t give up until he received some answers. Later I convinced my husband to transfer to him and he took great care of him with ordering tests for answers. He takes the time to listen and explain. He is the best!

If I could give a negative review number, I would it’s well below one star this Office strung me along for almost 3 months. You can never get through to who you have to with their call center then they tell you they’re calling you when they’re not calling you there’s no missed calls no voicemails no nothing. They will promise you that they will fill out paperwork for weeks and then give you the wrong fax numbers and string you along with it Till after the paperwork is due then they will tell you they don’t take your insurance the first appointment I had I presented my insurance card, which said community plan on it very clear if I could post a picture I would but it’s very big in the left corner united healthcare community plan After three months of being strong along waiting for procedure

Dr Callihan is fabulous. My first appointment with him was as a result of a ct requiring a GI doctor and colonoscopy. Even though wait times to see Dr Callihan as a new patient were way out in time, his office staff scheduled me and later the same day was extremely helpful and responsive given my results to get me in to see a PA and then had a cancelation and called me and I was lucky to see him the next week. The PA who saw me the day I first called to be sure ct result could wait was reassuring and knowledgeable. I had seen reviews that said office didn't answer calls and other complaints but that was 100% not my experience from the beginning. 5 stars. If all lines are busy, DO leave a message because I received a call back within an hour and then as I said expedited after. As for Dr Cal

I was seen in the emergency room for a GI issue I have been a patient for years of US Digestive. I needed to be seen immediately and I was fit in with Maggie Richey, one of their PAs I was so impressed with her thoroughness and her ability to listen. She helped me to understand my condition and we discussed follow-up testing. She was absolutely wonderful and I was beyond impressed by her knowledge. I highly recommend her and US Digestive.

Overall experience during my recent appointment was excellent. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Wait time to see the doctor was minimal. My appointment was an annual check up with Dr. Wolfson who is very thorough, cordial and takes the time needed to answer questions, etc. Unlike too many physician visits today, I did not feel like Dr.,Wolfson was on the clock so to speak. And, the new office location in Malvern is a nice improvement. I highly recommend Dr.,Wolfson and U.S. Digestive Health.
