I highly recommend Aline for pelvic floor therapy during pregnancy and postpartum. Dr. Arpna is dedicated to providing quality care to her patients and is thoughtful and very experienced in what she does! I can confidently say my smooth birth experience was contributed to weekly visits and tailored exercises to keep me feeling strong, confident and prepared for labor. I began seeing Dr. Arpna in the beginning of January after being referred by my OBGYN for pelvic floor therapy. I was nervous about starting but Dr. Arpna made me feel comfortable and explained everything every step of the way. My lifelong hip pain (a piece of my pelvic issues) has decreased to almost nothing. She is so caring, welcoming, and knowledgeable about her field. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs physical therapy of any kind, but especially pelvic floor! She is the best of the best!!
