From the moment I walked in, Nikki made me feel welcomed and comfortable she did an amazing job recovering my insurance information and was truly sweet, kind, patient, and went above and beyond. Krystal and Dr. Thomas were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. Krystal took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment options without feeling rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find a dental office that is not only knowledgeable but genuinely caring. You can tell they truly prioritize their patients’ comfort and education. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly, informative, and trustworthy dental experience!

As someone who loves going to the dentist, I can honestly say I had the worst dental experience at the Smile Exchange in Malvern. I scheduled a routine cleaning with this office after my insurance changed and I had to find a new dentist in network, but instead of receiving the preventive care I came for, they took x-rays and I was abruptly told I had gum disease — something my previous dentist had ever mentioned. Despite brushing and flossing twice a day and recently completing clear aligner treatment, the dentist insinuated that I wasn’t taking proper care of my teeth. The tone throughout the appointment was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They then refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to an extensive & expensive treatment plan. Kudos to Thomas (my very professional dentist) as well as Rayness (apologies for any spelling errors there,) for top notch dental assistance and lastly to Nikki for wrangling the insurance in such a seamless and upbeat manner. I'd had a truly urgent issue and each member of the team did their part to both make me feel welcome on entry, ase well as calm and fully informed during the procedure Great work Malvern Smile team!

I was pleasantly surprised with how great Smile Exchange was at my first visit. The hygienist was amazing- so kind and gentle. The front staff was super helpful and the dentist was great!

The cleaning was good for me in the past two times. However my doctor today was a total disaster. The guy just asked me to open my tooth took a Quick Look and then he said it is good in less than literally 2 seconds. I have never seen any dentist like that. They usually look at the cray and check every tooth usually at least a minute.
