US Digestive Health at Elizabethtown

Honestly they don't deserve any stars but had to out one just to write a review. I will NEVER go or use US Digestive again! Came in for a Dr visit because the doctor's staff put me in that I was having GI issues and that I needed to come in to talk about it Prior to my colonoscopy. She walked in asked me why I was here. I said I'm not sure she said are you having GI issues? I said no. She was annoyed at her staff for scheduling the appointment but I was annoyed that I had to waste my time coming in there. The doctor said that she isn't charging me for this visit and then if I did get a bill that I should call in and they would take care of it. I have called twice to their office and was told that now I have to pay a $50 copay because I was seen by that provider. I shouldn't have to pay any

The nurse was exceptionally caring and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I saw Dr Scott Douglass at the Elizabethtown branch of US Digestive Health last week. My visit with him was great! He spent time talking with me, asking questions, looking over details of my health history and recent scans. My symptoms are not "textbook" (my whole life, they never have been) by looking deeper he found something of suspect to examine further. Explained what it probably was, and more importantly, what it was NOT.

I'm 80. I very much appreciated Dr. Lee's attention to my situation. He exemplifies the kind of physician we all hope to see. I'm happy I saw him.

The PA Andrew was very thorough in reading my medical history. He listened to all my concerns and spent quite a bit of time with me. He documented the vist in detail.
