Perfect for people in the hotels nearby or working in midtown. * Caring and professional staffs, the physician actually listens to you! * Almost zero wait time * For direction, you have to find the building and then go to the 6th floor.

You may not have any luck getting someone on the phone to book an appointment but the good thing is that they accept walk-ins. It’s a very clean facility with welcoming staff. I was in and out in 45 min (paperwork included) for a physical even as a walk-in. They get 5 stars.

This place is dirty and creepy The receptionist is also the nurse?! PA?! As soon as a patient left a room I was called in, it would have been impossible to sanitize the room in that time PHOTO tray from a previous patient of used medical materials If I wasn’t sick I would be from coming here Really gross and creepy Shouldn’t a medical facility sanitize a room in between patients?! I was “seen” but not treated at all Blood pressure was taken Pulse was not takes I came in with a cough and the doctor did not listen to my lungs I was asked what tests I wanted and how I wanted to be treated… Am I the doctor? What do you do?!

This was my first time in this office and it was a very positive experience! I had the pleasure of meeting their worker Maria who is so kind and definitely makes sure her patients are taken care of! I would definitely recommend this place! It is also very clean!

I adore my health and I trust my health and personal business with the Urgent way staff which they are amazing .I was help but 3 Queens today ,Leslie which is the front receptionist and she’s so friendly toward all clients and make sure we get assist and Maria she’s was my nurse to get my blood work she’s nice and concerning and my doctor fortesa she’s was doctor she’s was never attentive and concerning my needs and making sure I’m getting all the help I asked and people like this we need in our health care departments. Thanks urgent way for the care you do for us
