The staff at the occupational health clinic were very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience at the dental office was quite different. I initially entered the dental office by mistake, not realizing it was not the correct clinic for pelvic discomfort. The woman at the front desk, who referred to the practice as her own, was not welcoming and came across as dismissive. I waited several minutes while she checked my insurance. After I completed all the required forms, she stated that she had received only one form. I explained that I had completed every form, each of which showed as completed on my end. Despite this, she repeated that only one form was received, which felt dismissive and frustrating. When another staff member came to escort me, my name was pronounced incorrectly.

This urgent care has the friendliest staff! I feel like other urgent care facilities I've been to are not nearly as attentive or kind as the people who work here.

Dr. White is amazing when you are in the office. After you leave it is a different story. I went the first time over a year ago, told her my history and ask for a recommendation for an endocrinologist. I still haven’t seen one I just got the referral 8 weeks ago. This time I took my insurance form stating I need her to write a prior authorization before July 1st. This week I went to the Pharmacy and no medicine. Today I stopped in and ask about it. The receptionist said I will call you back this morning and let you know. She didn’t, so when I called back at 3:00 I was told yeah I just faxed your preauthorization in, the lady stated I checked the box that said you would accept text so you will know when we do. So time for a new primary care doctor!!

I went to urgent care and received absolutely great service from the beginning to end. Thanks much to front office (Michelle), intake nurse ( she was great but I forgot her name) and Dr Roman for your combined awesome customer service.

Awesome experience. The MAs Ana and Emma were super kind and helpful. The only urgent care place within 30min drive that does EKGs. They got me sorted and even took my blood for pre-op. In and out within an hour for everything.
