They treated my mother very well and provided excellent care for her flu symptoms. I drove from Sunrise to this Plantation urgent care clinic based on a personal recommendation, and it was absolutely worth it. The staff was professional and attentive, making sure my mother felt comfortable and supported throughout her visit. Just a few days later, she's feeling much better thanks to their care.

I had an extremely upsetting and disappointing experience at this office. In my opinion, Dr. Ingrid Solomon was judgmental, rude, and deeply condescending throughout the entire visit. I felt belittled and judged by someone who was supposed to support me during a vulnerable moment. After I made it clear that I no longer wished to continue care and asked for my medical records, she continued directing me to sit or stand in specific places, speaking to me in a way that felt controlling, dismissive, and completely inappropriate. Healthcare should be a compassionate environment, and this experience was the complete opposite. Based on this encounter, I would absolutely not recommend Ingrid Solomon's services. These are just my opinions based on my experiences with this business.

Awesome and very professional place to which I am going for almost 10 years. I love Doctor Solomon who I consider the best and most qualified doctor that I ever met, on top of her being an extraordinary person! Because of her I chose not to have a primary physician but to consider her that, despite the fact that her workplace is an Urgent Care Center.

I had a great experience at urgent medical center today near my place in Plantation. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming, making the visit very smooth. I didn't feel rushed - It's the exact opposite experience I've had from every other clinic I've been to.
