I called the number provided on their website and was sent to what was probably a phone answering service since it connects to Pasadena. Although the people I've talked to were fairly polite, after providing some location information, I was placed on hold for about 2 and a half hours, after which I decided to try elsewhere. I cannot firmly speak on my impression of this establishment as I haven't yet talked to any verified representative yet, but due to their current appointment-only status and the fact that their only means of contact remains either through phone or a form that may have up to 24-36 hours response time, I cannot suggest this business for anybody that needs urgent dental care.
