They helped me immensely yesterday. Came in after stomach flu for over 24 hrs. The team was thorough and compassionate. Was able to get labs done onsite and I got an IV for dehydration and nausea meds and clear instruction on what symptoms to go to ER for. Overall what I needed for my situation and the NP and Nurse Peter on staff were great.

Came in for an injured knuckle. Location is super convenient for me. Check in was easy and pleasant, Waiting room was clean and comfortable. The doctor (Gregory Maul) probably the best I have seen in a while, happy and caring. Had an x-ray and she was super nice too! Over all, great experience.

Don't bother. Was impressed with the new clean building and the helpful reception. It went downhill from there. I presented with elevated blood pressure and the symptoms that go along with that. The medical assistant pit something in the interview that led the physician, Michael ??, to believe I had suffered a head injury. I had not. He refused to treat me and sent me to the hospital. After 7 hours I got blood pressure medication. Nothing drastic or any more than could have been done at Urgent Care.

This is a beautiful clinic where you can enjoy the view while you wait. It offers the most critical services as the larger clinics. It offers: Urgent Care, Primary Doctors, Optical, X-Ray and Lab.

We signed up for an appointment at 4:20pm through MyChart, pre-paid and pre-checked in online. We arrived 10 minutes late to our appointment and were informed that their ‘policy’ would not allow us to be seen. They even called back and spoke with the doctors but they denied seeing us and were very indifferent to sending us away. They comment on my review and provide a number to call for client relations but it’s just a recording, even during business hours, for you to leave a message and they will get back to you. Poor customer service again, shocker.
