why have an option for appointments if you are not going to honor that? i don’t care for the “there was quite a delay that day” excuse either because NO ONE updated me on anything that was going on or any wait time. i would understand more if there was some form of communication, but there wasn’t. i was told to show up 15 minutes before the scheduled time so i did, waited about 30 minutes and was taken to a room to get my vitals and then sent BACK out to wait some more. and then when i finally got to a room about 20 minutes had passed before i had to walk out. about 1 1/2 hours of waiting and it sounds like that’s not even that long for this clinics standards! no one checked on me, no one told me the doctor was running behind, nothing. and based off other reviews i don’t even know if they

Nothing about my last visit was had anything good I could say about it. She did a very lack job of the check up for what I went in for. Said my prescription was going to be called in but never was. The worst part is I still have to pay out of pocket for such crappy service and so does my insurance.... Vancouver clinic will never see me again. I don't care if they're the only place open and it's urgent.... I'll suffer 1st 💯

I dont know why I bother coming to the urgent care anymore. I figured my daughter's toe was infected because a blister popped up underneath her big toe that had a little redness around it and was swollen and kept getting bigger. I took pics of both toes side by side just to make sure. The doctor came in and said yeah, it's a blister and it's not infected and that it'll go away in like 1-3 months. If we wanted to make it go away faster we could do multiple sessions of cryotherapy or put salicylic acid on it. I've never heard of a blister lasting that long nor ever putting that acid on it because it would burn her!! Good thing I googled after I got home because he was recommending me to treat these as if it were a wart. It's not a wart. It's a fluid filled blister and it popped after a week

Vancouver Clinic it’s sad how hard I have to advocate for myself and get treated like absolute crap for needing pain medication when it was listed im in so much pain I have not been able to sleep. Was told I was basically out of luck since I can’t afford another visit. Advice nurse was beyond rude and I haven’t heard from anyone and suddenly won’t be transferred. Not caring about peoples pain when I CANT SLEEP is just diabolical. Our health system is screwed, and I’m still in pain sleepless. EDIT A WEEK AND A HALF LATER: Vancouver Clinic so you mean to tell me your doctors messed up and read my scans wrong. 3 TIMES. HAVE HAD ME SIT WITH A FRACTURE FOR OVER A WEEK W NO SUPPORT BECAUSE OF YALLS WRONG DOING, and you still won’t help me with my pain? After telling me you guys would help if I

I came very late in the day, due to anxiety and pain from kidney stone. They had me in and out within a max of 20 min and scheduled me for another apt to follow up with them. The nurse I had was so kind and everyone made me feel so comfortable.
