Urgent Care of Casper

I had a great experience at this urgent care and was treated by Dr. Kate Murphy. She was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to listen instead of rushing through the visit. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made sure I understood the next steps before I left. The visit was efficient, but what really stood out was her calm, caring bedside manner. I felt confident in the care I received and appreciated how thorough she was. I would highly recommend Dr. Murphy and this urgent care clinic to anyone needing prompt, high-quality care.

Wow, I could not be more impressed! We came racing in at the last possible second and the staff was friendly, professional, and helpful and had our issue treated quickly and efficiently! What a great experience, especially being out of town guests in Casper for a wrestling tournament. I’d give more than five stars if I could!

I arrived at urgent care a few minutes early in excruciating pain. When I approached the door it was still locked looking at my watch I realized I was a minute early. Then at 8:00 am, opening time I saw a gal at the window taking things from her purse and you could tell by her actions she was not happy. I gently knocked on the window and was ignored. At 8:02 a gal from somewhere else in the building opened the door and let me in then said to the women at the window “ I let them in for you. “ now, I know that two minutes isn’t much but when standing causes so much pain the seconds go by slowly. Very helpful. The wait was not long at the time we went, and they were very kind and listened to my daughter. Very thorough. I appreciated their kindness and skill.

Daughter had stomach pains. Took her in to get seen. But because her insurance was inactive, they would see her without $135. Upfront just to get in door.. no payment option. What's more important people's health or money seriously
