Grateful that everything has been settled peacefully and turned out well. Because of billing and insurance issues, we chose to meet with Dr. Matt Gallup instead of walking away. We shared that when issues arise, the focus should be on clear communication, respect, and giving space. Businesses have their systems; customers have their concerns. Everyone has limits. The key is reducing friction, building trust, and creating a win-win system that lasts and grows. Dr. Matt Gallup listened with care, apologized sincerely, and even offered a full refund. His humility, responsibility, and wisdom showed real leadership in growth. Wishing him and the clinic continued success and prosperity!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience here! The dentist was incredibly gentle and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and really took the time to take great care of my teeth. I never once felt rushed or overlooked. My teeth look and feel amazing, and I left feeling confident about my dental health. I highly recommend this office to anyone who’s nervous about going to the dentist. They even take great care of my daughter’s teeth! My daughter was nervous about going to an “adult” dentist for the first time but they made sure she was comfortable and for a kid with a horrible gag reflex, she never once has had an issue! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I came in today, Dani was on the ball as a assistant. Very clean place, things are all fresh, and new. I feel great, and I love my smile thanks Dr Matt I love how you are informed about the procedure every step! Amazing

The new hygienist is very sweet & professional. She asked me about my preference in cleaning (using the ultra sonic as a compliment to her hand cleaning). I liked the way the Dr spent time with me, asking appropriate questions & providing the new hygienist feedback on her work.

Short wait times and exceptional Cusromer Service. As far as paying someone to put their hands in your mouth goes, my visits have been enjoyable and something to look forward to. Very friendly, personal and professional. 👍
