Casper Orthopedics truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt supported and cared for by every single person I interacted with. Dr. Robert Allaire was fantastic calm, clear, and confident. It made a big difference knowing I was in good hands. Dr. Hannon was equally kind and informative, and I really appreciated his part in the process. Morgan was incredibly attentive and made everything feel more personal and less intimidating. I had an excellent experience at Casper Orthopedic ! The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Gessel took the time to explain my condition in a very clear and simple way, which made everything easy to understand and not overwhelming at all. I really appreciated how easy he made it to understand what we were going to treat and the plan moving forward. I felt comfortable, confident, and truly cared for during my visit. Highly recommend!

Most polite, considerate, and knowledgeable staff. I recently ruptured my patellar tendon and as of a week ago, had it operated on by Dr. White. At no point through this process did I ever have a negative experience, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of my surgery. The team at Casper Ortho made things simple and straight forward, and Dr. White's approach made me confident that I'll be able to get back to 100% of my normal life prior to my accident. I have yet to see anyone at Casper Orthopedics in Casper. However, I received an email announcing that a cancellation would be a charge if it was done within 24 hrs of the appointment. That is fine and good, however, 15 hrs before the appointment i receved a text telling me that my insurance may not be accepted. I called to ask about the copay, and other money matters. I was told I had to use my phone to fill out a half hour of information and then i would know. I dont use my phone to do those things. I was told if I cancel then i have to pay the cancellation fee. If I wait. I may have to pay a big copay. I dont have the 20$ to pay them. I told her I was cancelling because they did not inform me of the finachial part until a short time before the appointment. I’ve had shoulder pain for years, Dr Gorman did surgery and I haven’t had the pain since. It’s been truly a blessing. Dr Gorman and all of his staff are great people and they all were professional. I should have done this years ago
