Had a terrible experience with Hina Jamil Mian. Waited an hour to be seen for ear pain and a mass because my gyno is booked up for a month. She was very rude and dismissive basically told me theres nothing wrong with my ear. When she examined me with the speculum she used no lube and was very rough, i asked if it was cancer and she rudely said im not a gyno so i dont know. I missed her call last night and she left no voicemail so i had to call back and ask someone why she called, she said all the note said was come back for reassessment. It seems like all she cares about money since yesterday she said theres nothing she can do so why would i come back ? UPDATE They do bribe customers who leave bad reviews i received a call after i wrote this review begging for me to take down the review. S

I've been to this urgent care twice in the past year and always been impressed with their service, care and promptness. This most recent time I went I worked with nurse Mila and Dr. Wyckof who were excellent at taking care of me. If you are in need of urgent care, KP is a great place to go.

I just recently went there and I did not have the same experience obviously as everyone else. I had a lady doctor and you could tell she was russian. She would not look up the MRI that I had. She said there wasn't much they could do for me so I told her that was fine and that I would go to the ER. She was so concerned about an infection being in my body but wouldn't look at images but then called the surgeon office for them to tell me to have an x-ray. Which I was holding an MRI that was just done a week ago, that clearly showed what was wrong.But you're so concerned about a serious infection but you did not want me going to the ER. Then the doctor looked at me and said if I would be quiet she could call my doctor and figure it out. I didn't realize that's how doctors talk to patients. The

They must need more doctors. Came here because of good reviews, but i did not have the same experience. Waited over an hour and a half to see a doctor, while nurses and staff sat just inside the door chatting very loudly about food. Floor in the room was dirty. Looks like someone smeared something acrossed it and it was not cleaned. Supplies and papers just thrown on shelf, and cabinet door not completely closed. Once the doctor finally came in she was very nice and seemed to be a great Dr. Káiser just needs to have more doctors.

Nurse Mila was great! Me and my sister came in late at night, and she was super helpful and warm towards us! I felt absolutely terrible and she did everything to makes sure we were both feeling okay! 11/10 recommend her!
