Dr. Oliver P. Loeffler, MD, exhibited poor bedside manners, treating me with disdain and displaying a lack of empathy. He treated me as though I was a vagrant and beneath him!!! His abrupt and cold demeanor suggested a desire to expedite my treatment. His statements regarding the non-necessity of certain tests caused me significant discomfort, belittling, and degradation. It seemed as though he was insinuating that I would not be able to afford those tests. Mind you, I own four properties. Furthermore, the nurse practitioner engaged in irrelevant conversations. She shared personal anecdotes about weight loss, including her own 93-pound weight loss achieved through a weight loss injection. She also mentioned her practice and the appearance of saggy skin, projecting these personal concerns

Went here for concerns of fever, back pain, and chills. The staff were amazing and really cared about my health. They ran numerous tests and updated me every time new information came out from my labs. I've only visited this location twice but I am confident that I am in good hands at this Urgent Care location. PA Thornbloom and the rest of the team in the Urgent Care really care about their patients.

Pretty horrible experience. Doctor didn't seem to care much. Our daughter hurt her arm and we went in that same night. Without explaining much he said "DID ANY ONE PULL YOUR DAUGHTER BY THE ARM!?" We said no she fell off of the couch at her day care. Basically went through very minimal testing and he ruled out "Nursemaids Elbow"... Made it seem like it wasn't worth his time. Notes he put in the system aren't even legible. 2 days ago we went to her normal doctor and they said they are 99% positive that's what she has... they also said because he didn't attempt to re-set the arm it would be difficult for them to do so... Now we have to go to a specialist to try and help her arm. People in the medical field that have no bedside manners are the worse...

The front desk people are extremely rude. I DO NOT FEEL CARED FOR BY THE FRONT DESK PEOPLE. Also, don't do a doctor call and then come to the urgent care. THEY won't do anything. I WAS SORELY LET DOWN. WHEN MY DR TELLS Me TO GO TO URGET CARE TO GET TESTED AND YOU GET THERE AND THEY DON'T TEST YOU. FOR YOU TO HAVE TO COME BACK days later BECAUSE YOUR NOT GETTING BETTER TO GET THE TEST DONE. HEY COME TO FIND OUT I DID NEED THE TEST AND IT WAS SOMETHING THAT WOULDN'T GET BETTER ON IT'S OWN; like they said the first time it was, SOMETHING THAT NEEDED ANTIBIOTICS. I NOW FEEL LIKE I CAN'T TRUST THIS URGET CARE. SO MUCH TIME COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED BY THEM ACTUALLY doing the test the first time. I COULD HAVE FELT BETTER FOR MY BABIES SOONER. I DON'T TRUST THIS URGENT CARE AT ALL.

Lucas was very helpful. Dr. Cloud and the nurse went above and beyond to take care of my needs. By far the best urgent care experience ive had.
