Pure Infusion Suites of Aurora

Such a great location for my infusions. The staff are so friendly and caring and do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I've had some reactions to infusions and they have been so supportive and patient. The private suites with cozy chairs, snacks, and TVs are a very great perk to help the time pass more comfortably. Cannot recommend enough!

Loved coming here. I went to the Pure in South Denver before. So I already knew it was going to a relaxing visit for me. I got to this location for a reschedule to get my ocrevus infusion a tad earlier. This location had the earliest available. So I went with it. I’m in between 3 locations all about 15 mins and this was one of them. I get in about 20 mins early (ya never know with traffic). And they were able to get me set up in my suite after giving me a mini tour of the facility. I told the nurse I had some concerns from my last infusion and from me being dehydrated. She gave me an IV of saline before starting the treatment. I was so grateful. I ended up feeling really relaxed during this appointment and slept through a majority of my infusion. First experience at this infusion clinic. Have never felt more welcomed. This office is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Separate suites which are warmly decorated like a home (or 5* hotel) with recliner, TV, cable, blankets, and snacks. The staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. No feeling of being rushed through the process from start to finish.

Pure Infusion Suites has such a caring and thoughtful approach for patients. They help take care of confirming everything with insurance and are so kind and helpful with getting set up as a new patient. Every single staff member I met at my first appointment was warm and welcoming. The private rooms and snacks make the experience feel like I’m pampering myself. I’m really thankful that this is an option for my infusion, it makes a world of difference than what I was expecting a treatment plan would look like for me.

My wife had her first treatment session here and our expectations were blown away. The staff were knowledgeable about the process/treatment plan. Also, the environment makes it easy to get comfortable while getting treated!
