My massage with Rachel was exactly what my body needed. She helped relieve a bunch of built up tension in my upper back and provided me with additional stretches to do at home. Her space is spacious and cozy. She is knowledgeable in her craft and an all around wonderful person.

Rachel has been my massage therapist for years at this point after a long search for the right fit for me. Rachel is an extraordinary therapist who really listens to you and uses her skill and training to help your body really heal. She often notices issues my body is having that I haven't even noticed. I had back surgery in 2020, and her massages have helped me continue to take care of my back. Rachel is really the best, and I couldn't recommend her more.

If I could give more stars, I would! I recently had a pretty big hip surgery. I have been struggling with severe pain, muscle craps/spasms and was trying to find any kind of myofascial practitioner to help relieve the pain I was having. Just getting on a table is difficult and Rachel was so kind and patient with me. She listened to what I needed, where I hurt, and even as I cried on the table, she remained supportive and professional. When I came in, I was cramped up and sore and after a session my body had released so much of the tension I was holding. It will take multiple sessions, and I will/would definitely schedule with Rachel again. She is truly focused on helping others, is knowledgeable, kind and I also just enjoyed our conversations.

Rachel is the nicest, most knowledgeable massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of getting a massage from. She is great with communicating how/why she is doing what she does and explaining what you can do to prevent it from happening again. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Rachel did an amazing job! As a Massage Therapist myself, I was very pleased with how knowledgeable, respectful, thoughtful, and intuitive she was and the quality of work she gave. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! I tweaked my back on Tuesday and was in severe pain for two days and after her session, the pain was completely gone and I was able to go back to work today PAIN-FREE!
