Urgent Care Goshen Physicians

The staff and providers at the urgent care are great! The only thing that seems CRAZY to me is that they are unable to draw and run bloodwork in house. Why would an urgent care not want to get instant knowledge about a patient's current health? They can only ask so many questions before the need for bloodwork is obvious. That was the only thing that surprised me but that appears to be a Goshen Health policy decision versus a preference by the actual health professionals helping patients daily.

Do not recommend, went there for my 7 month old at the time to get treated? Prescribed him ZYRTEC when he isnt even allowed to have thay given his age for a "viral ear infection" didnt know they were viral?? Then went to the ER last night, just for that place to say it was the opposite ear to what the Urgent care said. Went today for a follow up? Was told by his doctor that they should of NEVER given him zyrtec and should of gave him Amoxicillin, and that he has a double ear infection and not one.

With my experience recently I went into the clinic with my daughter. The staff was very friendly. The only frustration I did have was when the doctor came in to see us she took a look at us quickly and stated there was nothing she could go. Which I totally understand but she didn’t recommend anything even over the counter medication or remedies until I started asking questions. That was a bit frustrating as if I am at the point to come in into an urgent care I am concerned about what is going on. I understand she was not able to do anything or prescribe us anything but at least recommending us something would have shown care. BUT she was really nice and friendly I cannot take away from her. The female nurse practitioner was very kind and took great care of my 10yo son. Have always had a good experience with the staff and care at Goshen Urgent care.

We visited this urgent care because my youngest put a googly eye in her nose. Dr Christina and Nurse Emma helped to remove it. They were wonderful, gentle, and had great communication for expectations. The office was clean and wait wasn't too long. Overall satisfied with the facility and care.
