I love picking up my prescriptions here. They call you ahead of time to tell you your prescriptions are ready and the cost.

Waited over 25 minutes on the phone to call in a script for one of our patients at work. That was after hanging up and waiting the first time for 15 mins. I’ve had patients go to pick up their scripts we called in and left on the voice mail to be told they never got the message or order?? Really? I get it times are tough and no one comes to work. But there has to be a better way to getting helped over the phone or at least a phone call answered to acknowledge the customer.

It’s the end of the second day after knee replacement surgery & Walgreens still hasn’t filled mom’s pain meds prescription. Upon calling Walgreens, we discovered Walgreens has been waiting for a discharge code. Had we been informed, I guarantee we would have obtained the discharge code from the physician ourselves. Because mom didn’t have pain meds, she endured physical therapy in pain, is having trouble sleeping and regrets making the decision to have knee replacement surgery.

I had an appointment for a Covid booster. It was easy to make an appointment on-line. Even though they were short staffed, they were very kind and courteous. I was in and out in about 10 minutes!
