Urgent Care For Kids

I never leave reviews for anything but wow this place is great! We were able to get in and out quickly, and the wait time didn’t take long at all even doing paperwork with our first time being there. The environment was friendly, welcoming, and very colorful, which made my son feel comfortable. They even give out cute toys for the kids on the way out and free samples you can take home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone — 10/10 experience! Will be going here again.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of my son. From the receptionist who kindly welcomed and greeted us, to the nurse and NP…. You all are fantastic! We got right in and out quickly and my son received great care. They even called the next day to check in on us. Highly recommend! 😊

If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff here is beyond amazing and so sweet. My daughter who is 4 and autistic really struggled with the X-rays and they went above and beyond to make sure she was okay and the process was as easy as possible for her. I will tell everyone to go here from now on. This place is absolutely amazing and beautiful.

Review of Urgent Care for Kids I recently visited Urgent Care for Kids and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Billing Issues: Upon arrival, the front desk staff charged us $17, despite us informing them that we had met our out-of-pocket maximum and our insurance was covering the visit. The staff member seemed unfamiliar with billing procedures and was unable to resolve the issue. I had to speak with another employee who thankfully understood the situation and issued a refund. This added unnecessary stress and time to our visit. Medical Care: We saw Nurse Practitioner Carol, who diagnosed my son with a viral infection and told us there was nothing we could do. We absolutely LOVE Urgent Care for Kids!!! Their staff is fantastic and they always take such good care of my boys! I was expecting it to cost a fortune just like other Urgent Cares but it was my doctor copay but you cannot beat the evening and weekend hours! We are so grateful to have such an amazing place in Wentzville to help when needed!! Thank you for the amazing care!!
