Total Access Urgent Care - Wentzville

The staff at this location is TOP notch. I had pneumonia in both lungs and the flu. The front took one look at me and took me back right away. The EMT Jake was the first person I saw and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was very gentle and informative. The NP Erin was very aggressive with testing for everything to make sure she caught everything. The XRAY tech Peyton was super sweet and helpful. Max gave me my final round of medicine and he was really fun to talk to which is a great distraction from feeling terrible. At one point I got up to use the restroom with my IV and another EMT, Sarah, even asked me if I was comfortable taking the iv with me. What a wonderful experience with a great staff!!

Wonderful service. The staff was kind and efficient and the facility was immaculate. There was an issue at the Walgreens in warrenton where they sent my prescription so I called and asked if they could call it into Wal-Mart. They did immediately and my prescription was filled promptly. I will recommend use this facility in the future. Thank you.

I have used Total Access Urgent Care for me and my family the past few years and they have been great! Logging in and saving my place in line works exceptionally well. Their staff is super friendly and works hard to get you the care you need. The care they have provided has been excellent! Definitely should get more than 5 stars.

The staff were attentive, welcoming, and respectful! I was seen quickly and was on my way to recovering from my illness within a few days. I have nothing negative to say! If you ever need quick, expert, precise, medical care without the anxiety or bills from a hospital, I’d definitely recommend Total Access Urgent Care(TAUC).

After day, two of being an extreme pain and throwing up, my husband said let’s go to urgent care for the second time, but we’re going to a different one. Definitely happy with our choices that we made coming here. As soon as we walked in, they got to me right away and did not waste any time and providing me with the best care possible to make sure I was going to get better. They have a very wonderful staff there and a very caring at that would highly recommend this location.
