I had a very disappointing experience on 2/17 with David K. Winchel. I scheduled an appointment because I’ve been dealing with a persistent itch on my back and wanted to make sure nothing serious was going on. After being taken to the exam room, I was not instructed to change into a gown, even though my concern involved my back. When Dr. Winchel came in, I was still fully dressed. After I explained my symptoms, he simply said, “Let’s see,” without giving any direction. I felt awkward and had to stand up and lift my shirt myself while still wearing my bra so he could look. There was no hands-on examination, no thorough assessment, and very little discussion about possible causes or next steps. As a black woman, I left feeling especially uneasy. From the time I went in the front door, everyone was so nice. The girls working at the desk the lady that took me back to the room (Kate). It was an easy experience. And I saw the Physicians assistant, David. He was very pleasant and appeared knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with this business and will continue to do visits with them! And it’s in a very convenient location for me.

I have been a patient of Dr Fanderclai for many yrs, and i love her. I'm so excited that she has an office closer to where I live now. The office is very nice, too! See you next year!

First of all, Barb The customer service receptionist was a pleasure to work with for me just walking in, and David Winchell is I believe the best did a great job with him and his team, very glad they are in Wentzville and close to home now.

It was very professional and very quick. Thank God cause I drive a little to get there. It was nice, really nice. People were great Barb at the front desk. The girl helping my nurse are my dermatologists. It was a really good experience. I would recommend you anyone
