Urgent Care for Children

Yesterday, my son and I had a phenomenal experience with Nurse Practitioner, Vivian Turner. She was kind, interactive and very attentive to our needs. The staff was also really nice. Jasmine was very friendly and sweet to my son. I also love how clean the facility was. If I ever have to return and I pray I never have to, I'd definitely choose THIS location! Okay, I have never given a review before but I'm going to be honest with this one. I am left feeling frustrated, as usual, because my child's fever is not persisting, but his cough is. Negative for COVID strep and flu, but no medication to help cough and congestion and he is supposed to return to school tomorrow because he hasn't had a fever today. The nurse that was sent to do his swabs was a man and was extremely helpful and gentle with my child. So, I do appreciate that. I may have brought him too soon and now will be forced to bring him back if this doesn't get better after an infection has definitely set in. Already 6 days into a pretty persistent cough and red throat.

This place is amazing! We scheduled and pre-registered online before our appointment (on a Sunday morning) and we waited less than 5 minutes to be called back to a room. The CRNP, Kaitlyn, was so good with our 6 year old. She explained everything that she was doing so she wouldn’t be nervous. She talked to her like a friend, not a patient. All of the necessary labs and testing were done, and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The building itself is easy to find, plenty of parking, kid-friendly and very clean. The entire staff from check-in to check-out was very professional and welcoming. Would 100% recommend.

We received excellent care today! They were upfront about the wait time. Everyone from check-in staff to the nurse practitioner we saw were fantastic! Very courteous and helpful. The wait time was a little long however this is sick season so I would not expect anything less. I work in healthcare myself, and I know how hard I’m working to move my patient through. Everyone in this practice appeared to be working very hard!

My experience was great. Fast and professional service. The front desk clerk was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The doctor was very helpful, knowledgeable and interacted very well with my grandson. It was a very pleasant experience.
