Carroll Pharmacy Trussville

It seems this pharmacy often fails to ensure important medications are filled on time. I had requested for my prescription to be placed on auto-fill, but I was told that the system “acts up” and removed my auto-fill option. This has happened twice this far

I love Carroll Pharmacy! After using big chain stores, I will never go anywhere but Carroll's. The staff is super attentive, quick, and they care about you. They have a drive thru you can use for prescription pick up. It is definitely worth going in the store though. They have an amazing selection of jewelry, boutique clothing, gifts, candles, and much more. They also have a whole football section with local school merchandise. Just a great place!

I was with Tyner's for many years. They have one very rude pharmacist, but everyone else was nice. I have a particular medicine and my body can only handle a particular brand. Otherwise I get sick. Tyner's use to keep them in stock for me. One day I was basically told to go elsewhere. In a bind, I went to Carroll's. I was so amazed at the customer service. They only had 25 of what I needed. They gave me those and wrote out a red card for me to come back the next morning for the rest! They ordered what I needed right then and was able to have the rest the next day! I've never been able to do that anywhere!! I will never go back. Tyner's said they didn't have them and didn't know when they would have them again!

They are very nice and friendly. I moved my prescriptions from another pharmacy, because they attempted to over charge me on several things, not so with Carroll's

Family own and operated, very convenient, and a good atmosphere they are my pharmacy and I’ll continue to use them.
