I had an amazing experience with Dr. Maddie and Charlene at my daughters visit today. Dr. Maddie is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain every step of the process, which really helped my daughter feel confident and comfortable about getting braces. Charlene was very friendly, organized, and always willing to answer questions. She did an excellent job on covering all the information about financing and talking to us about the process before and after my daughter gets her braces. The office environment is welcoming, professional, and well-run. I highly recommend!

Brought my 14 year old for his consultation and the staff was excellent. Dr Maddie was very thorough and explained details very well. Charlene was very friendly and got us set up with a payment plan and was very helpful. Will be bringing my other children when they are ready for braces.

We felt welcomed soon as we walked in the door. The whole staff is very kind and friendly. They took care of our needs. They did not pressure us when making decisions. I highly recommend. Dr. Todd, Dr. Phillips, Mrs. Charlene, and Taylor took very good care of my daughter. Even when my daughter was afraid they calmed her down within a few minutes.
