Urgent Care Center of South Bay

I chose Urgent care of Southbay as my primary care doctors because they are a caring staff and very thorough, helpful and thoughtful. And because they really care. My favorite doctor is Morgan Surfas. I feel a trust with him and having that with a doctor is very important to me. The staff and receptionists are wonderful as well. If you're looking for good doctors and top notch health care, I highly recommend them.

This review is for Andres. I think he is a bit rude and dismissive. He asked me what can I do for you? But he seemed a bit rude. He said I have seen you already 8 times and give you antibiotics and he’s saying this is it. So basically he’s willing to not treat my condition after having recurring symptoms. Wow! Very rude and I don’t recommend this urgent care.

I went in on a Saturday at 9am and left at 10:30am. The two front desk ladies were so friendly and warm. There were two people ahead of me so it wasn’t that much of a wait. I loved all the interaction I had starting with the two admins, Gilbert (I’m assuming is the nurse?), and NP Andres. They were all very cordial, warm, and respectful. I loved my experience. The location is located along Torrance Blvd but the I believe, in my opinion, the best way to enter is through the back - Maricopa street. There is a huge parking lot. I came on a Saturday so the bars were open.i don’t know how it is on a weekday. The clinic allows walk-ins and appointment, which is great. Their website allows you to book an appointment. Had a wonderful visit here. Radiologist, nurse, and admin staff were excellent and friendly. I like that I was able to get an early appointment online and they took care of us right away. I would highly recommend this urgent care place!

I made an appointment during the middle of the week at 10am. I was seen very quickly. Maybe in and out in less than 30 minutes. The PA, Morgan, was really kind and the front desk ladies were also great as well. Definitely would recommend coming to this urgent care.
