Urgent Care Center at Phoebe East

The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! My wait wasn't very long at all. They all made me feel like they really cared about my situation. The only thing that I hate is that can't remember the individual names of the people that help me. From the young lady at the front desk with the awesome haircut, the PA that seen me and especially the MA!!!. She didn't hurt me to bad and was a joy to talk to. 😂 You all were AWESOME! Thank you and have a wonderful Holiday Season!

I recently visited Phoebe East Convenient Care with my teenage son, and overall, our experience was great. The nursing staff and team lead were incredibly friendly, compassionate, and efficient, getting us in and out quickly. Their care and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier to handle. The only downside was our interaction with the X-ray technician (an older Caucasian lady), who was a bit rude and impatient with my son while asking him to move his ankle in a way he physically couldn’t — which was the very reason for our visit. Despite that, the rest of the staff truly shined and made up for that moment. I appreciate the excellent service from the team overall and this is why I still give 5 stars instead of focusing on one rude person. I’m sure she was ready to go home

The staff were great in the back. Could not ask for better service. The person who checks you in needed a nicer personality.tThey need to know how to file insurance. Would not file my secondary insurance.

Friendly staff, but could be more efficient with the check in process. It took over 30 mins to get checked in. You’re only verifying current information, insurance and accepting co-pay payments. I had an internal injury and was expecting an ex-ray to determine the diagnoses of my severe pain. At about a two hour visit, Dr. Hazel said the ex-ray machine was down and gave me alternative medical solutions. Please be mindful of patients time, had I would have known the ex-ray machine was down, i would have left at check in and not two hours later.
