Urgent Care at Premier by InnovaCare Health

I took my mom and myself to urgent care. We were very sick with fever and flu. We were both seen by Dr Rao. The medication and care she gave us was exceptional. We waited less than 10 minutes and went home feeling much better.

Having the x-rays taken by Corina was very fast and easy. She made the process extremely easy even though I was in a lot of pain. She showed great concern for my comfort and well being during the whole process. She was fantastic and always asked me to smile. Corina turned a bad visit into an excellent visit, such a great person.

I have been going here for 10+ years. Had a bad interaction a month or so ago, walked into urgent care for a question and front desk lady was extremely rude for no reason. Explained my question to her and that I just needed the doctor I saw to give me a call back. She had a nasty attitude for no reason at all. Her name was Brittany. She then got more of an attitude when I asked for her name. I have never had a bad experience here so I felt like that should be known. Besides that experience, Bianca Delura treated me and was so helpful and attentive. Called multiple times to follow up. Really made sure I got the treatment I needed

I was truly impressed by the immense care and precision demonstrated by both my (xray tech Corina Khan and my physician Bianca DeLaura). From the moment I entered the clinic the staff was warm and attentive of my needs. My doctor stood out because she took time to listen to my concerns without rushing. She thoroughly reviewed my medical history and conducted a comprehensive exam. Her thoughtful questions and careful explanations made me feel valued and understood as did Corina. Bianca genuinely prioritized my well-being, meticulously ensuring every detail was addressed before finalizing my plan. I left this appointment feeling reassured and confident in the path going forward. Thanks Corina and Bianca.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at Urgent Care after having an allergic reaction to a pair of earrings that caused my ear to swell up. The staff was kind, efficient, and made me feel cared for during a stressful moment. A special thank-you to Bianca—she was absolutely amazing! Her professionalism and compassion made all the difference. I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received.
