There are wonderful staff here, housekeeping, dietary,Nursing, PCAs and PT,OT Dietary has gone out of their way to accommodate my gluten-free diet.. the food is mostly fresh cooked and very tasty! My biggest complaint is the wait for pain meds. Even if there are 2 nurses on, if it's shift change, I will wait until the first 20+ pts get their meds until the nurse gets to me at the end of the hall. Tonight it was over 3 hrs since I first asked, also I asked to have the nurse coming on the be informed before shift change. This is the sad state of affairs but this is a Medicare certified rehab center. I recommend postoperative patients looking for short-term rehab, consider somewhere else. Most every thing is positive but this is a BIG NEGATIVE

I love living here. It is my home and I love all the staff.

My mom was admitted today and she is a spark plug! The staff was awesome when we got there and helped us in. Alisia was our hospital liaison and made the process into the center very smooth After we got to the room my mom decided she wanted to leave, but she met a force to be reckoned with. Tasha has an amazing personality and was able to make my mom feel comfortable. I believe she sincerely cares about the patient and making them feel comfortable. The nurses were extremely awesome, I cannot remember the nurses name who was taking care of my mom but she was EXTREMELY personable and very very helpful. I will try and update this review when I discover her name, I feel it is important to give credit where it is due. Getting a parent into an assisted living facility isn’t something anyone

This place is one of the dirtiest facilities I've ever been to.My brother is there for rehab thank goodness that's all.hes there for.I went to discuss the problems with the administrator she just gave a look . Well needless to say I told her I was going to call the state and report the the filth. She did say she would talk to the manager over house keeping. I dont know if the place was cleaned up or not I couldn't drag myself back m in there. When you first walk in you can smell poop for a lack of a better word,there is mold growing around the windows and other places. There was something running down the wall I dont know what that was. This was in one room can you imagine was the rest of the place looks like. Saber,you should be ashamed to run a place like that. You should put your love

I applaud the faculty and staff for their immediate care and attention given to my family. The safety and care of the patient is their number one goal. I contacted them on a weekend with an immediate need for care for my father which was addressed and resolved within hours. Phone calls and contacts were made to take the stress off the family so we could spend precious time with our family member. Thank you for doing such an incredible job. We are blessed to have such a great facility available to our citizens with nurses and staff that love their jobs because it shows in everything they do.
