Since the pharmacy I had been going to closed, my transferred prescriptions, plus any new ones, have been efficiently and effectively been filled the superb, friendly, professional pharmacy staff. The pharmacists and pharmacy clerks are the epitome of excellence service!!!!! Praises to all of you!!!
Major surgery. In pain. Surgeon called in 3 prescriptions. Kroger calls and says our prescriptions are filled. Get home and the pain patches are not there. Call the pharmacy and they say “we figured it was cheaper for you to buy them over the counter, so we didn’t fill them.” …. That is only helpful if you TELL THE CUSTOMER. So back home, still in pain, waiting for my husband to get back from Kroger.
Wait, time was not bad. Kim, the rph was very good at giving vaccines.
I live in a smaller city. There are not many pharmacies to choose from. We were using CVS but the wait times were really bad. They never answered the phone. The difference was night and day. The staff is friendly and helpful.
It ain't broke please don't try to fix anything.
