Apparently I’ve gone 3 times they haven’t been able to find anything just gave steroid pills and cream none of that worked, haven’t ran blood or scrape samples last time we went in they just tried to pass off to a dermatologist Ps the doctor was touching the scabs with no gloves didn’t wash hands before or after mal practice I don’t know they don’t try though

Dr.Nowell was the nicest most bubbly guy I've meet in a long time. He was amazing to have in a time of being ill. All other staff was amazing as well. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Just had a visit w/ kids. Really nice place🤩 The Dr.s were so gentle & thorough. My kids hate going to the Dr but they asked if we could see them as our normal pediatrician & were bummed when told that's not how urgent care centers work. We will for sure be back when its needed.

I’m disappointed because I’ve had good experiences up until I brought my kid in with hives. The dr acted like I was dumb for trying to pre medicate with a different antihistamine because I didn’t have Benadryl on hand. It’s probably because I brought him in like 10 minutes before closing but NO patient or caregiver should feel disrespected by a provider. I will not come back here based on the fact that I was treated as an inconvenience vs with compassion because I didn’t know what has happening to my baby.

I got in within 10 min. X-rays in 10 more mins and the medical attention needed in the next 10 min. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had an urgent care experience this fast and effective. Doc was a great communicator and skilled to handle what he did. 5 star all around.
